Basic Belly Fat Losing Exercises – Use Your Bulk As Your Exercise Gear
When nearly all people start thinking about belly fat losing exercises, the first thing that comes to mind is a gym or lots of expensive exercise equipment. But consider one thing: in the days when we were cavemen, we sure didn’t have gyms or equipment liike that – and we weren’t fat, either. So how precisely did our predecessors work to keep themselves in such great shape?
It’s obvious that of course they didn’t have high calorie, high fat diets, but they also didn’t need to use lots of fancy exercise routines and equipment to stay in shape. The reason is that they used their own bodies as their exercise tools. Our ancestors ran a lot to travel long distances, threw spears and weapons which required strong muscles to kill prey, and they had to climb trees so they could get to hard-to-reach fruit and nuts.
In this day and age, we don’t need to do any of that to get our food, obviously. But we can still use our bodies as simple exercise machines. Belly fat losing workout routines don’t need to be complicated.
Really the only workouts you need to do to lose belly fat using your own body are running and resistance training (for muscle strength). Running, for example, requires only a good pair of shoes – and if you are on soft ground, you can even do it barefoot. Situps, stretches, and chinups can be done without needing any gym equipment whatsoever. The reason these exercises are so effective is because you’re using your own body weight as your resistance.
To summarize, you need to run and do situps, pushups, and stretches when you want to lose belly fat without using exercise equipment. In this way, your own body will be your resistance trainer. Exercise is not about having the best technology; it’s about discipline. If you do the right types of exercise on a consistent basis and eat a healthy and high fiber, high energy diet, you can lose fat and stay at a healthy weight as long as you don’t take in more calories than you need.
